1. CREATE YOUR OWN "PROFILE ID"

Parents, Teachers and Accompanists ALL need a PROFILE ID as well as each participant.

​

If you have a created a profile for another festival, you may use the same number. You do not need to create another profile. Use the

profile part on the left side of the entry form. Go to the word MENU on your profile page. Then, click on the word LINK which should bring up all festivals. Click on our festival name and add it to your profile. If this does not work, then create a new profile for our festival.

If you do not have a profile number, use the right hand side of the entry form.

​

You need a profile ID to identify yourself when you use MUSIC FESTIVAL SUITE  for registration, schedules, etc. A teacher

must do a profile first . Then parents are next. They  may then go to the MENU on their profile page click it then click on the word LINK. Your teacher's name should appear. Click on your' teacher's name to join your name to them. Then, a parent must create a profile for each of their children. This is necessary for all children 18 and under.

2. REVIEW THE SYLLABUS AND CHOOSE YOUR CLASS(ES)

Choose your discipline (piano, voice, winds etc) and check the notes for the discipline and section. The class notes list the

requirements for each individual class. Write down the class number of your choice(s).

3. REGISTER FOR THE FESTIVAL

​

You need three( or four)  things to register:

​

a.) Your profile ID, your children's ID's and the Profile ID's of your Teacher/Group Leader (Conductor) and your Accompanist (if one is needed).

​

b.) The class number(s) you chose from the Syllabus and the necessary details about your selections eg. playing time, title of your

piece, composer, etc.

​

c.) Pay following the instructions on the entry form. You need not pay until all of your children's classes are registered. Only one payment needs to be made.
